NS Tooling Ltd has a well-established workshop in Moorwell Business Park in Scunthorpe. We are the Lincolnshire region's leading saw sharpening centre, and our workshop has the capacity to run 24 hours a day, 6 days a week!
Collection and delivery is available throughout the UK.
Due to our latest investment of a brand-new CHX 840 with HS loader, we now have 8 Vollmer CNC saw grinders, all of which, coupled with our bespoke diamond grinding wheels, give excellent surface finish and offer outstanding accuracy time and time again. Saw sharpening is our forte, whether you have an 80mm blade or a 1000mm blade, we have the capacity, capability and knowledge to be able to cater for all your saws needs.
We also carry out in-house repairs for any damaged tips. The replaced tips are then reground to meet the original specifications of the saw. All of our saw grinders boast all tooth formation programs, so whether it is alternate bevel, triple chip or ATB/trapezoidal tooth, you can rest assured that NS Tooling have you covered.
