Our Commitment

NS Tooling Services Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What We've Done

• Semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels throughout

• Colour contrast — text meets WCAG AA contrast ratios against backgrounds
• Reduced motion — all animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion user setting and are disabled when requested
• Alt text — images include descriptive alternative text
• Resizable text — content scales correctly when browser zoom is increased
• Focus indicators — visible focus outlines on all interactive elements
• Form labels — all form fields have associated labels

Known Limitations

• Some PDF documents (e.g. accreditation certificates) may not be fully screen-reader accessible. We can provide alternative formats on request.
• Embedded video content does not currently include captions or audio descriptions.
• The live chat widget may have limited screen reader support.
